The Orange Story (film & activity)
In February 1942, President Roosevelt signed Executive Order 9066, which authorized the forced “relocation” of 120,000 ethnically Japanese Americans from their homes and into incarceration camps scattered across the U.S. In this film by Full Spectrum Features, the audience meets Mr. Koji Oshima, the proud owner of a small corner grocery store who must now abandon everything and report to an assembly center.
